The vibes of this place is very cozy. Food came out pretty fast since it wasn't too crowded. Pork Katsu portions was pretty big. Rolls were decent, spider roll didn't seem fresh but still tasted okay. Mochi ice cream just tasted like the ones from Trader Joes Chicken karaage(8/10) Salmon roll (7/10) Spider roll (7/10) Volcano roll (7/10) Dragon roll (8.5/10) Pork katsu curry (8/10) Mochi ice cream (6/10)

I have to admit I tried this place because it was open late during the week. And it was close to my downtown hotel near Union Station. But it will be the food atmosphere and service that cause me to return. It's the best sushi I've had in Denver. A generous portion of miso soup was first. Delicious. Then the sashimi and roll sushi which were both amazingly fresh and perfectly presented.

Cute spot with some pretty awesome sushi. We didn't try the ramen but I'd love to come back for it . Sushi was nice big slices and tasted fresh. Handroll was nice and crispy. Sake in a authentic little wooden box (masu). Even had a green tea cheesecake!

This is the best ramen I've ever had. The miso broth was full of flavor. The pork belly was falling apart - cooked perfectly. The egg is always the best part! The service was great. I will definitely be back!

I've been to Tokio multiple times and it never disappoints. One of my favorite ramen places in the metro area. It's always hard for me to choose which flavor ramen I want, but notable favorites are the tonkotsu, miso, and of course the unique curry ramen. They do the marinated soft boiled egg perfectly. Their sushi is pretty solid as well. It's fairly small seating wise, but decor is still modern and cozy at the same time. Shoutout to the Orion Beer banner hanging on the balcony! Wait staff is usually quick, friendly, and attentive.

Love the look and vibe of this place. Service was kind of slow. I got the curry Katsu chicken with rice and the gyoza. The gyoza was amazing and comes with five in an order. I would get it again 100%! The Katsu curry was not as good as I remember it being when I first went a year ago.

TOKIO has become a must-go-to every time we visit Denver. The food is simply amazing. We started with the sautéed trumpet king mushroom appetizer, chicken Kara-age, and shishito peppers were a nice way to start our dinner. But don't overstuff yourself because the sashimi and sushi is super-fresh and delicious. Everything was just A+++++. The owners and staff treated us so well and were there for anything we needed.,

Overall decent sushi and ramen spot near the baseball stadium. Came here after a game, wasn't very packed and had a cozy ambiance. Ordered several of their specialty sushi (priced $15-18) and overall nice taste. Wasn't "wow'd" but the fresh did taste fresh. Unfortunately no mocktails on their menu which is less common these days for the NA drinkers.

Came here with a friend on a Monday night. HAPPY HOUR! No reservation needed. It is located walking distance from most places downtown and the Coors field. They have bar seating a very cute upstairs that I would like to check out and a large table in the middle for a big group. They have something for everyone, ramen, sushi and cooked items. Everything was so fresh and delicious. It was pretty empty when we went so I would think that if it is more crowded it might take a while to get food. The staff were on top of it and attentive. The happy hour prices cannot be beat! I will totally come back for happy hour again. Strong 4/5 stars! :)

My new favorite sushi spot! I came for happy hour and really enjoyed my visit. Keep in mind their parking becomes a challenge during Rockies games. We sat at the counter and got to watch them prepare our rolls which was extra fun. The service was great and every staff member was welcoming. I really enjoyed the rolls with garlic butter as they were unique but everything we tried was awesome! It's a small spot but I haven't had any issues with seating when visiting.
